Rooms in the media hotels have been secured by the Innsbruck Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee (IYOGOC) for bookings made by 30 September 2011 on a first-come-first-served-basis. After this deadline, availability within the media hotels cannot be guaranteed. After 30 September 2011, rooms will be subject to availability.
Once your accreditation request has been confirmed by the IOC, you will receive an email from IYOGOC. This email will provide contact information and instructions on how to book your accommodation. Please allow a couple of weeks for IYOGOC to send you this information as your data will need to be processed first. Please note that access to the media hotels is not restricted to accredited media. KEY FACILITIES FOR THE PRESS Main Media Centre (MMC) From 1 to 31 January 2012 the accredited media will have free access to public transport in Innsbruck. Accredited media will also have access to the Common Shuttle Service (blue, yellow and green line) that will operate within Innsbruck from 9 to 24 January. |
